Baptisms
We will be pleased to help you celebrate the birth of a child. We can arrange for your child to be Baptised either in the main Sunday morning Sung Family Eucharist or in a separate service.
Children are welcome at all services and throughout the life of the Church. Please enquire about our Sunday School or the many Youth organisations which we support.
Marriages
The Church has a splendid interior, fantastic organ and choir, and beautiful gardens. It is widely available and we will be delighted to welcome you into the Church family should you remain in the area and so choose.
Our historic building provides a stunning setting for your wedding day, and our experienced team will help you plan a memorable service.
Funerals
The Church is also available for funeral services. We provide a peaceful and dignified setting to say farewell to loved ones.
Our clergy offer compassionate pastoral support during difficult times and can help you plan a meaningful service that honors your loved one’s life.
St James will be delighted to help you celebrate births, marriages, or say farewell to loved ones. Our halls are also available for regular or private hire.

Green Lane Hall
Our Green Lane Hall is primarily used by the 7th Malden Scout Group. This hall is available for regular hire only.
For inquiries about Green Lane Hall, please contact the Scout Group directly or speak to our church office.
The Church Hall and Lower Hall share the Church site in Bodley Road and are available for regular or private hire.
The Church itself is used by a number of Christian organisations and Schools as well as its own regular congregation.

Good parking on Bodley Road (please park considerately). Limited parking for less able users in on site carparks adjacent to the Hall (access from Bodley Road) and Lower Hall (access from Malden Road).
